Whether at work or in our relationships, stress is unavoidable, and is present in our lives. We generally try to avoid stress, and while that can be helpful, we also want to learn to manage stress and have a healthy relationship with it.
In this module, you are invited to redefine your relationship with stress through a deep awareness of your stress response, and learn how to increase resilience and enhance your wellbeing.
